County Durham Family Hubs (officially known as Best Start Family Hubs) are local centres that bring together council, NHS and community services to support families from pregnancy until a child turns 19, or up to 25 in they have special educational needs and disabilities.  They can offer support in a wide range of areas and we encourage families to take a look and see what's on offer.
